Uploading items to shipments just got a major upgrade. When you upload a spreadsheet, you now see a full preview table with automatic item resolution. The system identifies which SKUs match existing items, which have matching listings that can be linked, and which are completely new. From there, you can create missing items individually or in bulk — all without leaving the upload flow.
This means fewer back-and-forth steps, fewer errors, and a much smoother experience when building shipments from spreadsheets.
Service providers now have granular control over which services are visible to merchants. Instead of the previous all-or-nothing toggle, you can now show or hide individual services for your customers. This is especially useful if you offer some services internally or only to specific merchant tiers.
